Informatics and information technologies undoubtedly enable breakthrough innovations in all areas of business operations and our everyday lives. Ubiquitous solutions and services lead to digitalization, business excellence and higher quality of cooperation and living, but only in the case of artificial intelligence upgraded and enriched with human reason. Therefore, it is essential that we are aware of the traps and challenges of developing such solutions, and at the same time we are aware of the importance of the application and the domain of application.
