Slavic Scientific Reflections

The purpose of the conference is to present the current situation and indicate the guidelines for the development of Slavic studies, both in terms of research topics and methodologies. The conference will present a wide range of linguistic and literary topics, especially within individual philologies, and the confrontation of past research with contemporary ones. Special attention will be paid to interdisciplinarity in research, the integration of intercultural perspectives and, above all, the study of the role of Slavic and Slavic studies in the world and the presentation of the challenges they face.

The conference is organized by the Department of Slavic Languages and Literatures in cooperation with the Slavic Society of Maribor.
