Synopsis

The third chapter provides concrete recommendations for the implementation of blended learning standards in Slovenian higher education practice. It highlights the alignment with European recommendations and adapts them to Slovenian conditions. The recommendations are divided into organizational and pedagogical-didactic levels. Organizational recommendations include the institutional framework, infrastructure, support for employees and students, and quality mechanisms. Pedagogical recommendations cover the planning and implementation of courses, knowledge assessment, and student support. The key idea of the chapter is that implementation must be comprehensive, systematic, and sustainable, with the participation of all stakeholders, the professional qualifications of providers, and adaptation to the local context being important. The need to monitor the effects of introducing standards on the quality of studies is also emphasized.
