Analysis and Preparation of the Development Strategy of the Destination Sveta Nedelja: Adrenaline Park Sveta Nedelja 2024 - 2030

Sveta Nedelja is a small town located in the rural part of Zagreb. Like other smaller towns, it faces competition from more prominent destinations like the city of Zagreb. Although there is a tourism offering, the main issue lies in the need for more appeal and recognition of smaller towns. This paper aims to prepare a proposal for enhancing the tourism offerings of the Adrenaline Park Sveta Nedelja. In the introduction, we present Sveta Nedelja's destination and its offerings. The analytical section describes Adrenaline Park Sveta Nedelja, including its location, offerings, and marketing channels. A completed SWOT analysis, vision, and benchmark comparison of best practice examples served as a foundation for the prospective part. The first development priority is based on park infrastructure, emphasizing the expansion of accommodation capacities, parking facilities, and the construction of restrooms and trash bins. The second priority focuses on expanding park activities, setting up a large paintball field, acquiring additional airsoft guns, and creating a 3-day active holiday package. The third priority emphasizes digitalization, aiming to revamp the website and increase social media activity.
