Miha Marič, Ph.D., is a researcher in the field of leadership, management and organizational sciences. He holds a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana. He is currently employed as an associate professor at the University of Maribor’s Faculty of Organizational Sciences. His research interests are power, leadership, organizational behavior, human resource management, organization and management. He is the author of numerous original scientific articles, professional articles, papers at scientific conferences, scientific monographs, and was an editor and reviewer. He also participates in research projects and consulting work.

Full professor Robert Leskovar, Ph.D., is habilitated in the field of "Quality and Information Systems". His main areas of research are multi-criteria decision making, modeling and simulation, and software engineering. Recently, he has also been publishing in the field of digital marketing. He is the head of the Department of Informatics at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences of the University of Maribor and a member of the Slovenian Society of Informatics, the International Society on Multiple Criteria Decision Making and the Association for Computing Machinery. He teaches undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses at his home faculty, and as a visiting professor he lectures at several foreign universities, including the Prague University of Economics and Business and RWTH Aachen University Fakultät für Wirtschaftswissenschaften.
