Praktikum za civilno procesno pravo

Professor Vesna Rijavec, PhD, is a full time professor of civil law and head of the Institute for Civil, Comparative and Private International Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Maribor, where she also teaches civil procedural, European civil procedural and non-litigious and enforcement law. As a visiting professor, she has also lectured at many universities abroad. She is the author of numerous scientific and professional discussions, articles and monographs. She also publishes works at well recognized foreign publishers (Nomos, Wolters Kluwer, Intersentia ...). She has coordinated several major international research projects, financially supported by the EU Justice Program. She has participated in several legislative projects (eg the Code of Property Law, the Enforcement and Insurance Act) and important scientific and professional conferences at home and abroad.
