Synopsis

This paper examines green human resource management as a key component of sustainable business practices, with a particular focus on integrating green practices into HR processes. Based on an analysis of existing literature, the paper identifies the most common challenges organizations face when implementing green HR practices. In addition to a theoretical overview, the paper also offers practical solutions for overcoming these challenges, supported by empirical research and findings from other authors. The paper provides valuable guidelines and a comprehensive insight into strategies that can help organizations effectively implement and integrate green human resource management into their daily business practices, contributing to the achievement of long-term sustainability goals.
