Prof. Dr. MILAN AMBROŽ from Škofja Loka pays special attention to the study of the social construction of conceptual structures in the field of organization and business systems, organizational culture, ethics, leadership and personal development. It pays close attention to research and advisory activities in introducing organizational change in various organizations in the public and private sectors. He is the author, lead author or co-author of nine scientific monographs and two professional monographs on the organization of organizations, non-profit organizations, parenting, research and tourism. He has published two scientific monographs, Non-Profit Autopoietic Systems and the Nonprofit Sector in the field of Social Services. He is also the author of twenty-five original scientific articles and a large number of professional articles, as well as a peer reviewer of individual works. With numerous scientific and professional contributions, he has participated in national and international conferences as an invited lecturer in the field of organization, security, tourism and energy. He is a member of the editorial board of three international journals in the fields of sociology, tourism and economics.

LEA-MARIJA COLARIČ-JAKŠE, Master of Tourism from Kostanjevica na Krki, is a habilitated lecturer in the field of tourism and an associate dean for environmental cooperation at the Faculty of Tourism, University of Maribor. Basics and theory of tourism, destination management, tourism strategies, event management, enogastronomy and more. are content that is taught to students and imparts their theoretical and practical knowledge. She is the author and co-author of scientific and professional articles, conference papers, travel guides, professional and scientific monographs, strategies, manuals, projects, studies, research and studies on tourism and entrepreneurship. She has been a consultant for entrepreneurship and tourism for more than ten years, her fields of work related to the organization, management and implementation of projects, events, calls for proposals, preparation and implementation of strategies and models in space, management of the Tourist Information Center, domestic tourist farms, etc.  As a doctoral candidate by prof. dr. Milan Ambrož she completes her doctoral dissertation, in which examines the impact of social capital factors on innovation in the tourism industry and confronts the "researcher's view".
