Synopsis

The scientific monograph Management Through the Lens of the Digital and Green Transition into Society 5.0 covers areas primarily related to the field of management in connection with various aspects of employee management and broader societal issues. The content of the monograph includes topics such as human resource management and the sustainable development of employees, ethical decision-making in management, as well as management in healthcare, education, and critical infrastructure, all within the context of the digital and green transition into Society 5.0. Author Biographies

Jasmina Žnidaršič (ed.), University of Maribor, Faculty of Organizational Sciences

Assoc. Prof. dr. Jasmina Žnidaršič has been employed at the University of Maribor, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, since 2009. Her research interests focus on the field of work-life balance, employee engagement, and organizational behavior. Throughout her career, she has participated in numerous projects in both the business and non-business sectors and has presented at national and international conferences. The results of her research work are evident in numerous publications both in Slovenia and abroad.
