Kratka vsebina

Slovenski podjetniški observatorij 2024 prinaša celovito analizo podjetniške demografije ter dinamike podjetij različnih tehnoloških ravni, znanja in razvojnih faz. V prvem delu raziskave smo proučili ključne demografske značilnosti slovenskih podjetij, vključno z njihovim številom, velikostjo, prihodki, stroški dela in dodano vrednostjo, razčlenjeno po dejavnostih, regijah in velikostnih razredih. Drugi del raziskave se osredotoča na podjetja z različno stopnjo tehnološke intenzivnosti in na znanju temelječe storitve, s poudarkom na primerjavi Slovenije z EU. Posebej smo analizirali podjetja v različnih fazah življenjskega cikla, da bi prepoznali njihove konkurenčne prednosti, razvojne izzive ter priložnosti za nadaljnjo rast in inovacije. Na podlagi ugotovitev smo podali strateške usmeritve za izboljšanje podpornega okolja, spodbujanje inovacij, digitalne preobrazbe in internacionalizacije slovenskih podjetij, kar je ključno za dolgoročno konkurenčnost gospodarstva.

Biografije avtorja

Barbara Bradač Hojnik, Univerza v Mariboru, Ekonomsko-poslovna fakulteta

Barbara Bradač Hojnik je redna profesorica za podjetništvo na Ekonomsko-poslovni fakulteti UM. Sodelovala je v številnih domačih in mednarodnih raziskovalnih projektih. Je vodja projekta Slovenski podjetniški observatorij ter članica projektnega tima Globalni podjetniški monitor Slovenija in longitudinalnega raziskovalnega programa Podjetništvo za inovativno družbo. Je ekspertka v projektu SME Performance Review za Slovenijo v letu 2021 in 2022 ter v projektu Statistics through Eastern partnership za Evropsko komisijo. Njena glavna raziskovalna področja so startup, trajnostno, digitalno, korporacijsko in mednarodno podjetništvo. Je avtorica ali soavtorica več znanstvenih člankov, znanstvenih monografij, poglavij v znanstvenih monografijah in prispevkov na mednarodnih znanstvenih konferencah.

Matej Rus, Univerza v Mariboru, Ekonomsko-poslovna fakulteta

Mag. Matej Rus je visokošolski predavatelj za podjetništvo na Ekonomsko-poslovni fakulteti Univerze v Mariboru ter svetovalec startupom in uveljavljenim podjetjem pri inovacijah in rasti. Leta 2001 je soustanovil Tovarno podjemov, univerzitetni podjetniški inkubator, ki nudi podporo inovativnim podjetjem in podjetnikom. Kot njen direktor vodi tudi nacionalno platformo Start:up Slovenija in organizira mednarodno konferenco PODIM, eno vodilnih podjetniških konferenc v regiji. Je vodja INNOVUM-a, konzorcija, ki povezuje raziskave in inovacije s prakso. Poleg tega je član upravnega odbora ESNA – European Startup Nations Alliance in ambasador Startup Europe v Sloveniji, kjer prispeva k razvoju podjetniškega ekosistema ter spodbujanju inovacij in mednarodnega povezovanja startupov.

Dijana Močnik, Univerza v Mariboru, Fakulteta za elektrotehniko, računalništvo in informatiko

Dr. Dijana Močnik je redna profesorica na Fakulteti za elektrotehniko, računalništvo in informatiko (FERI) Univerze v Mariboru, kjer poučuje ekonomijo, management in podjetništvo. Doktorirala je leta 1998 na Ekonomsko-poslovni fakulteti (EPF) Univerze v Mariboru, kjer je bila pred tem zaposlena osem let. Pred akademsko kariero je imela osem let izkušenj v gospodarstvu. Od leta 2001 je zaposlena na FERI, raziskovalno pa sodeluje z Inštitutom za podjetništvo in management malih podjetij na EPF. Objavila je številne znanstvene in strokovne članke ter je soavtorica več knjig in znanstvenih monografij s področja ekonomike podjetja, podjetništva in transakcijskih stroškov. Aktivno sodeluje na domačih in mednarodnih znanstvenih konferencah.
