Synopsis

The Comprehensive Educational Journey: From Idea to Networking. The scientific monograph The Comprehensive Educational Journey: From Idea to Networking provides an interdisciplinary perspective on contemporary educational processes. The chapters address lifelong learning, certification and licensing, the impact of artificial intelligence on knowledge acquisition, educational services marketing, the organization and management of educational events, lecturer-participant relationships, and the role of learning environments. Special attention is devoted to professional networking, professional identity formation, and the development of professional communities. The monograph combines theoretical foundations with empirical research findings and offers practical recommendations for researchers, educators, managers, and educational event organizers.

Author Biographies

Miha Marič (Ed.), University of Maribor, Faculty of Organizational Sciences

Miha Marič, Ph.D., is a researcher in the field of leadership, management and organizational sciences. He holds a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana. He is currently employed as an associate professor at the University of Maribor’s Faculty of Organizational Sciences. His research interests are power, leadership, organizational behavior, human resource management, organization and management. He is the author of numerous original scientific articles, professional articles, papers at scientific conferences, scientific monographs, and was an editor and reviewer. He also participates in research projects and consulting work.

Ivan Simič (Ed.), Simič & Partners Group

He has been active for decades in tax consulting, professional education, and the development of the tax profession in Slovenia. He is the author of numerous professional publications, a speaker at national and international events, and an initiator of various educational programs for tax professionals. He has worked in taxation for more than 38 years and has been a tax advisor for over 33 years. He also spent four and a half years in public administration. He served twice as Director General of the Tax Administration, later the Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia, and once as Director of the Tax Administration of the Republic of Serbia. He has extensive knowledge of the operations of tax authorities and the procedures followed by taxpayers.
