35. Blejska eKonferenca: Digitalno prestrukturiranje in (re)akcija človeka. Konferenčni zbornik. Blejska eKonferenca, ki jo organizira Univerza v Mariboru, Fakulteta za organizacijske vede, že od leta 1988 sooblikuje razvoj elektronskega, danes digitalnega poslovanja in digitalne družbe. Po dveh letih pandemije COVID-19, ko je bila konferenca organizirana na daljavo prek spleta, smo se letos zopet srečali na Bledu v Sloveniji. Tema 35. konference je "Digitalno prestrukturiranje in (re)akcija človeka«. Med pandemijo smo spoznali pomembno vlogo digitalnih tehnologij, saj je ljudem omogočila sodelovanje in iskanje novih priložnosti in načinov za premagovanje različnih izzivov. Uporaba digitalnih tehnologij v tem obdobju je spodbudila digitalno preobrazbo organizacij in družbe. Z implementacijo in izrabo digitalnih tehnologij bo pomembno nadaljevati tudi v prihodnje, da bomo razvili pozitivne vplive in rešitve za ljudi, organizacije in družbo. Vse bolj pomembna postaja tudi potreba po zagotavljanju trajnostnega razvoja in ciljev trajnostnega delovanja. Digitalne tehnologije bodo tudi pri doseganju teh ciljev imele pomembno vlogo. Prispevki v zborniku naslavljajo digitalno preobrazbo organizacij, digitalno zdravstvo in rešitve za dobro počutje, izzive digitalne etike, rešitve umetne inteligence in podatkovne znanosti, nove in digitalne poslovne modele, vedenje potrošnikov v digitalni dobi, vključno z vplivom družbenih medijev, prestrukturirana delovna mesta zaradi digitalne tehnologije, izzive izobraževanja in poučevanja v digitalni dobi ter rešitve za pametna in trajnostna mesta.
