Na človeka osredotočena transformacija delovne sile z umetno inteligenco: integrirani okvir, teorija in metodologija za strateški management človeških virov. Umetna inteligenca vse bolj spreminja način dela, vodenja in razvoja zaposlenih, vendar tehnološka pripravljenost sama po sebi ne zagotavlja uspešne organizacijske transformacije. Znanstvena monografija obravnava pripravljenost organizacij in zaposlenih na uvajanje umetne inteligence z vidika strateškega managementa človeških virov. Na podlagi interdisciplinarnega teoretičnega pregleda in dveh empiričnih raziskav razvija integrirani okvir pripravljenosti delovne sile na umetno inteligenco (IAWRF), teorijo dvojne logike pripravljenosti (DLAWR) ter metodološki okvir IAWRC. V ospredje postavlja štiri medsebojno povezane dimenzije: kompetence zaposlenih za uporabo umetne inteligence, organizacijsko pripravljenost, psihološko sprejemanje in institucionalno upravljanje. Monografija razvija koncept na človeka osredotočene transformacije z umetno inteligenco ter poudarja, da trajnostno uvajanje umetne inteligence zahteva usklajevanje tehnološkega razvoja, organizacijskih zmogljivosti, razvoja zaposlenih, zaupanja in odgovornega upravljanja.
