Synopsis

Simič & Partners, d.o.o. is a company with a long tradition in the field of accounting and tax consulting, which significantly contributes to supporting individuals and companies in the Slovenian business area, including with internationally oriented services. Changes in legislation in these areas have a significant impact on the need for additional training of employees in the work environment. In the company, we have detected a gap between the way the trainings are delivered and the expectations of the participants. Based on an overview of the theoretical starting points and an interview, we answered the research questions and analyzed the challenges and consequences of the key factors that affect the research gap. These factors include empathy, communication, digitalization and authority. Based on the identified challenges and consequences, we have prepared pictorial representations of measures in Canva that would make sense to implement in practice in order to improve the educational process. In the following, we upgraded the basic model with input and output factors, key knowledge factors, supporting elements and guidelines for the optimization and development of the educational process. Special emphasis was placed on the systematic integration of individual components into a comprehensive support structure for employee education.
