Kratka vsebina

Na človeka osredotočena transformacija delovne sile z umetno inteligenco: integrirani okvir, teorija in metodologija za strateški management človeških virov. Umetna inteligenca vse bolj spreminja način dela, vodenja in razvoja zaposlenih, vendar tehnološka pripravljenost sama po sebi ne zagotavlja uspešne organizacijske transformacije. Znanstvena monografija obravnava pripravljenost organizacij in zaposlenih na uvajanje umetne inteligence z vidika strateškega managementa človeških virov. Na podlagi interdisciplinarnega teoretičnega pregleda in dveh empiričnih raziskav razvija integrirani okvir pripravljenosti delovne sile na umetno inteligenco (IAWRF), teorijo dvojne logike pripravljenosti (DLAWR) ter metodološki okvir IAWRC. V ospredje postavlja štiri medsebojno povezane dimenzije: kompetence zaposlenih za uporabo umetne inteligence, organizacijsko pripravljenost, psihološko sprejemanje in institucionalno upravljanje. Monografija razvija koncept na človeka osredotočene transformacije z umetno inteligenco ter poudarja, da trajnostno uvajanje umetne inteligence zahteva usklajevanje tehnološkega razvoja, organizacijskih zmogljivosti, razvoja zaposlenih, zaupanja in odgovornega upravljanja.

Petra Cajnko, Univerza v Mariboru, Fakulteta za naravoslovje in matematiko

Petra Cajnko je doktorica ekonomskih in poslovnih ved, docentka za področje kadrovskega managementa ter raziskovalka in visokošolska učiteljica na Univerzi v Mariboru. Njeno raziskovalno delo je usmerjeno v strateški management človeških virov, umetno inteligenco, organizacijski razvoj, razvoj kompetenc, digitalno transformacijo in dobrobit zaposlenih. Raziskovalno in pedagoško delo povezuje z vodenjem ter sodelovanjem v nacionalnih in mednarodnih projektih ter prenosom znanstvenih spoznanj v organizacijsko prakso. Aktivna je tudi na področju znanstvenega uredništva in akademskega povezovanja. Poseben poudarek namenja človeku usmerjenemu uvajanju umetne inteligence ter razvoju organizacij in zaposlenih v pogojih tehnoloških sprememb.

Polona Šprajc, Univerza v Mariboru, Fakulteta za organizacijske vede

Polona Šprajc je redna profesorica in dekanica Fakultete za organizacijske vede Univerze v Mariboru. Njeno raziskovalno in strokovno delo je usmerjeno v organizacijo in management, voditeljstvo, krizni management, krizno komuniciranje, medkulturno poslovno okolje ter poslovno etiko. Je mentorica študentom na dodiplomski, podiplomski in doktorski ravni ter avtorica številnih znanstvenih in strokovnih del. Aktivno sodeluje v nacionalnih in mednarodnih projektih, programskih odborih znanstvenih konferenc ter pri povezovanju akademskega okolja z gospodarstvom. Poseben poudarek namenja razvoju organizacij, managementu ter odzivanju organizacij na kompleksne družbene in tehnološke spremembe.
