Synopsis

Applying a systematic approach, this report addressess the main features of enfrocement titles in Bulgaria. It focuses on judgments, court settlements and notarial deeds, scrutinizing their content, form and effects. It conveys theoretical insight into the subject matter as well as conclusions from relevant case law.

Author Biography

Desislava Naydenova, Nova Bulgarska univerza, Pravna fakulteta

Desislava Georgieva Naydenova was born in the city of Rousse, Bulgaria. She holds a Master’s Degree in Law from New Bulgarian University based in Sofia, Bulgaria and a Master’s Degree in European Studies and European Union External Relations from University of Maribor, Slovenia. She believes that the future development of every self-respecting law expert should be relevant namely to the European and international law enforcement and cooperation.
