Zbrana dela Thomas A. Hellerja. Monografija »Collected Papers of Thomas A. Heller« združuje pomembne znanstvene prispevke Thomasa A. Hellerja, cenjenega ameriškega pravnega strokovnjaka, katerega akademski vpliv sega daleč prek meja njegove domovine. V svojih znanstvenih delih je Heller raziskoval širok spekter pravnih tem, kar odraža tako globino njegovega strokovnega znanja kot tudi raznolikost njegovih intelektualnih interesov. Ukvarjal se je s pomembnimi vprašanji kazenskega in civilnega postopka (npr. povračilo stroškov odvetnika, pravna sredstva), ki so v središču vsakega pravnega sistema in še vedno sprožajo strokovne razprave. Posebej izstopajo njegovi prispevki s področja medicinsko-pravnih vprašanj, kot so zdravniške napake, politike cepljenja in pravna ureditev splava, pri čemer se je pri slednjem predvsem osredotočal na analizo nedavnih in prelomnih sodnih odločitev v ZDA. Gre za teme trajnega pravnega, etičnega in družbenega pomena. Poleg tega je prispeval tudi k področju pravnega pisanja v angleškem jeziku ter s tem pripomogel k jasnejšemu in višjemu standardu uporabe angleščine v pravnem kontekstu.
