Pravice otrok v trajnostnem in digitalnem okolju: raziskovanje priložnosti in izzivov. Znanstvena monografija 'Children's Rights in the Sustainable and Digital Environments: Exploring Opportunities and Challenges' se ukvarja z aktualnimi in skrbno izbranimi temami otroškega prava, konkretno s temami, kjer avtorji analizirajo in polemizirajo o varstvu otrokovih pravic v luči trajnostnega in digitalnega okolja ter izzivov, ki jih obe okolji prinašata. Avtorji kritično polemizirajo, analizirajo in podajajo analize otrokovih pravic tako na materialnopravnem kakor tudi procesnopravnem področju, tako v luči nacionalnih ureditev kakor tudi na mednarodni ravni. Jasno se opredeljujejo do nedoslednosti, pomanjkljivosti in težav, s katerimi se soočajo otrokove pravice v luči trajnostnega razvoja in digitalizacije. V svojih delih poudarjajo, da pomen varstva otrokovih pravic v sodnih postopkih, pomen in vlogo nacionalnih in mendnarodnih akterjev na področju varstva otrokovih pravic, polemizirajo o izbranih vidikih ranljivosti otrok in kršitvah otrokovih pravic, še posebej na primer otrok v vojnih spopadih, kriznih področjih, otrocih invalidih, internetu.
